BUS SEATING CHART

The top of the chart is the back of the bus. The teacher Hayashida is seated between Satomi Noda and Yukie Utsumi. To some extent, we're making the assumption that no-one changed seats from before the gassing to when Nanahara finds everyone gassed, with the exception of Tendo (whose seat was empty and appropriated by Megumi when she took the picture of her friends).

Students not accounted for:
Girls: Inada, Kaori, and Ogawa
Boys: Motobuchi, Yamamoto, Takiguchi, Hatagami, Oki, Oda, Tsukioka, Niida, Iijima, and Akamatsu

A girl sits in front of Nanahara. Her hairstyle would suggest that she's Mizuho Inada (with common sense then placing Minami Kaori next to her), but there's a blue hairclip in her hair that isn't present in any of the three missing girls later on.

The movie's seating chart doesn't coincide with the apparent seating locations in the novel, though it does agree that Akamatsu, Ogawa, and Yamamoto are seated towards the front of the bus.
